I’ve attracted some fantastic clients in recent years. They fit into two categories:
- Boutique consultancy owners. They’re stuck with business development. Which means we work on business strategies, engaging prospects, and closing sales.
- Corporate change leaders. They’re responsible for leading massive transformations in their organisations. Which means we work on their personal influence and their team’s performance.
For me, a similar theme always emerges for both. Clarity.
Clarity about their personal impact right now. Clarity about the behaviour changes needed for a new level of impact … in the future they want.
