- Reach out to your network. Find out what people need. Be helpful.
- Stop pitching. Learn to ask great questions and frame problems.
- Develop an original (signature) point of view. Believe in yourself.
- Stop bullshit marketing. Put your energy into winning clients.
- Qualify like crazy. Don’t spend time with tyre kickers.
- Initiate. Woo and pursue clients you want to work with.
- Critique your pipeline. Evaluate each decision you want made.
- Stop taking on small projects. Set a minimum viable fee.
- Build a support team and free up more time for sales.
- Phone and text more, email less. Improve your messaging.
